Screen Printing & Embroidery

The craft of screen printing is a hands-on process that requires experience, technical know-how, and a deep understanding of materials, inks, and equipment. Our art team prepares your artwork, separating it into individual colors.  Next, our production team creates screens for each color to be printed and then dials in the press setup. Details like screen registration, screen tension, squeegee pressure, ink color and opacity - every step matters to ensure when the ink is pressed through the screens onto your item the result is amazing.

At its core, embroidery is the art of sewing designs into fabric using needle and thread. However, it’s a bit more complicated than that -  we’re not sewing your logo with your grandmother’s sewing machine.

Before we start sewing, first, we “digitize” your logo, which means converting your logo into thousands of individual stitches and creating a sequence for the colors to be sewn. Next, we send the digitized file to our state-of-the-art embroidery machines by Bluetooth and thread the needles to match the color sequence. Your items are put on “hoops” and then attached to the embroidery machines and your logo is sewn at up to 1,000 stitches per minute. The result is your brand elevated by the premium perception of expertly crafted embroidery.
