These VIPs included global leaders, A-list celebrities, and trailblazers. The items needed to be premium, on-brand, and delivered to and from the event with care.

The Challenge
- Quality Control: Every bag needed to look flawless; final assembly had to be clean, tag-free, lint-rolled, and fully branded.
- Tight Turnaround: The request came with only one month to produce and assemble the entire order.
- Highly Curated Content: Items had to reflect the prestige of HISTORYTalks — premium, brand-aligned, and appropriate for distinguished speakers and guests.
- Logistics Complexity: Assemble and store 3,000 gift bags, then deliver inside the venue (Constitution Hall, Washington, DC) on the morning of the event, including on-site set-up, and handle post-event fulfillment.
Our Solution
Marked Promo leveraged full in-house capabilities to deliver:
- Produced 3,000 Baggu Duck Bags, screen printed with the HISTORY logo
- Embroidered 3,000 Nike hats with the HISTORY branding
- Printed 3,000 Color Flip Inverted Folding Umbrellas with the logo
- Removed all product tags, lint-rolled the bags, inserted umbrellas into carry bags
- Assembled hats and umbrellas into the bags, boxed them, and stored them in our warehouse
- Coordinated logistics for event-day delivery, including:
- Inside delivery to Constitution Hall
- Staging and set-up of bags near entrance points
- A dedicated team (five people) to help on-site
- Breakdown and removal of packaging materials
- Returned leftover bags to our warehouse post-event, then drop shipped to VIPs, A+E staff, and other select recipients
